When I first received my initial order, the prints were not the correct size, had visible embedded spots on them, and were shipped flat instead of rolled, which resulted in deep creases. I reached out to address the issue and was told the damage occurred during transit, and that the sizes matched what I had submitted. I found it hard to believe that such damage could happen in transit, but I was told to resend my designs for reprinting. I submitted the same files with the exact same measurements. Upon receiving the second set of prints, everything was corrected-the sizes were accurate, there were no spots, and they were properly rolled. I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved and that I received the quality I originally paid for. However, I was disappointed to be told that my original measurements were at fault when I hadn't changed them. Additionally, a few of my messages went unanswered, which added to the frustration. While the resolution was satisfactory, the overall experience has left me considering other options for future orders.
